Remember?

It's so weird to think about people who I used to be so close with a few years ago who now, I don't speak to at all. Friendships that I thought were so important and would last forever are now completely non-existent. At first, I used to be SO sad when I knew a friendship was ending or going to change. Now, I'm strong and mature enough to know that some friendships come and go; it's the ones that stay throughout everything that mean the most. There are some people who I've been close to for so long who have never left my side, and there are people who I see and don't even say hi to. Some of them I can't even stand, but deep down still love and care for them, obviously. Life is all about losing and gaining, and I've learned to become happy and content with each loss and gain that comes my way.
