one thing I've learned in life is that no matter how hard you try, you'll never please everyone. there will be times when people will be upset with you and disagree with you over things you have no control over but when you can be confident in yourself and not let others tear you down, that's when you're truly living. So, as self-centered as it sounds, live your life for yourself because at the end of the ay if you're not happy with yourself, you won't be happy with anyone else.
