Metacognitive Assignment: Part 3
Every time i think of a list of things to do before i die, i think of "A Walk to Remember." After i saw that movie for the first time, i always thought i should make a list like she did, but never got around to it. It's such a good idea, because even if you don't accomplish each thing you want to do, it's there and reminds you of the different opportunities you should take when they appear. Thanks Mr. Kefor! I'm finally doing it lol. Some will be the same as my 5-year bucket list, but more will be added. OH, and there's no specific order. :)
- Finish High School with a good GPA and get into a good college (almost there!)
- Earn a good scholarship
- Enjoy college as much as possible, but still manage to do well in my classes
- Find a good boyfriend during my sophmore/junior year in college
- Graduate college and continue for my Master's Degree
- Have a stable job/apartment/car after graduation
- Get married at the age of 25, 26 or 27
- Become a youth leader for my church
- Put together and plan an outreach event for teenagers in Boston
- Have a big family
- Go on vacation to Hawaii, Paris or Mexico
- Volunteer at a homeless shelter/orphanage
- Go on a missions trip to a country that I wouldn't normally think of going to
- See a shooting star
- Get on every roller coaster/water slide at Six Flags
- Meet someone from the Jersey Shore cast
- Get a meaningful tattoo
- Grow my hair longer than ever before then donate it to a good cause
- Get into an intense fist fight and win
- Take photography courses SLASH become a cool photographer as a side job
- Write a Hallmark card
- Go to New York to see tha ball drop
- Dye my hair an obnoxious color and pull it off
- Go to a concert
- Become a foster parent
- Record a cd with original songs by me
- Learn how to play the piano
- Successfully start my own website, design it on my own and make it known
- Open a hair salon or work at a hair salon, part-time
- Go on a cruise
- Get a spray tan (LOL)
- Visit the Jersey Shore
- Go to California to visit my foster sister
- Somehow reconnect with all of the foster children that have lived in my house
- Do something cute and fun at 11:11 on 11/11/11
- Watch every single Nicholas Sparks movie in one sitting (tear fest, much?)
